Our services

We provide a wide range of specialist services to help guide staff and students through change.

Our staff work on a portfolio of University-wide change programmes. They can also give advice to other parts of the organisation which are thinking about or currently going through change initiatives.

Programme and project management

Programme and project management go hand in hand; project management is the process of achieving specific project objectives and deliverables, while programme management oversees a group of related projects that collectively achieve a desired outcome.

Our approach to project management follows standard practice in project stages and approvals. It’s designed to make sure the scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, budget, benefits and measures of the project are clearly defined.

Business analysis

Analysis looks at the needs of the University and finds solutions to business problems. This includes reviewing and documenting the current systems, processes and ways of working, and understanding current issues and areas of opportunity, before proposing improvements.

Change management

Change Management is how we manage the people side of change, leading our staff and students through the transition and making sure they can adopt and embed the changes. It supports our leaders and people managers by providing the tools and support they need to lead and manage the transition for their teams.

We use the Prosci methodology alongside an engagement approach, leadership and line manager development, board induction, standardised reporting and consistent language and terms.
