The Strategic Change Service supports large-scale change programmes that align to the University's strategic ambitions. We work with colleagues from Colleges and professional services groups to identify areas of change, as well as providing expert advice in areas of project management, change management, business analysis, and continuous improvement to support change design and delivery.The Service's vision is: To be an expert team of professionals advising, coordinating, supporting and co-producing strategic initiatives and improvements in partnership with our colleges and services, and their constituent Schools and Departments.
